01 · PROFILE

Where policy
meets capital.

My work sits at the intersection of economic policy and cross-border investment, a space that requires equal fluency in government priorities and capital markets logic.

At the Consulate General of Mexico in New York, I analyzed FDI flows, USMCA trade dynamics, and near-shoring trends across North America, producing economic reports for government stakeholders while coordinating investment promotion engagements with institutional partners including JPMorgan, Citibank, BIVA, and Amexcap.

Previously, I designed and led a bilateral financial advisory program from the ground up, partnering with Chase, Santander, and M&T Bank to deliver cross-border financial guidance to over 550,000 individuals across the U.S., covering instruments from IRAs and AFOREs to small business banking access. The program earned global recognition as the Best Practices Financial Advisory Window across the Mexican consular network worldwide. Series 66 licensed. Bilingual and learning French. Focused on the Mexico–U.S. capital markets interface.

As  Economic & Commercial Affairs Analyst at the Consulate General of Mexico in New York, I produced macroeconomic intelligence reports covering FDI  flows, USMCA trade dynamics, and near-shoring capital allocation in México, delivered directly to government stakeholders.

I coordinated investment promotion engagements between senior executives from  institutions including JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, Goldman Sachs, and BlackRock, and Mexican government counterparts, connecting institutional capital  with priority investment zones under frameworks such as Plan México.
